Finding a harness that works in New Zealand is difficult. This is the second time I have ordered from Black Dog Wear. Their helpfulness and expertise is greatly appreciated every time I place an order. When I ordered the balance harness it had to be modified to fit my dog as she is in between sizes. Again, nothing as too difficult. From the time I placed the order, the modifications made, it was shipped within 12 hours to New Zealand. I couldnt believe it. This service is why I will continue to use Black Dog. The instant this harness was put on Lexi she no longer pulls. I couldnt believe it. Walking now is a joy. Thank you so much.
