At Black Dog, we have built a strong business reputation by supplying high quality Dog Training gear and backing it up with great customer service. We go to great lengths to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products and our service, because most of our customers purchase from us repeatedly. These Terms and Conditions are to help clarify how we do business, so you can be clear about our expectations prior to any purchase.
For Individual Customers (Non-business - Retail) the following terms and conditions apply...
Payment is required prior to orders being shipped - payment by Credit Card or PayPal on our web site is secure and easy.
** for International Orders (those delivered outside Australia), Australian Tax is removed (GST 10%) and Shipping charges are added in the Shopping Cart - you will see this before you Confirm your order.
**In some cases Import duty or Customs fees might be charged at the destination country - the rate and previlance of fees charged is different with each country - this is outside of Black Dog's control - the purchaser is responsible for payment if any such fee is charged.
Australian Retail Orders (those delivered to an Australian address)....
Retail Orders under AU$90.00 - a Flat Rate Postage/Handling charge is added - shown at Check-Out
Retail Orders over AU$90.00 are shipped post free. Express Post is available (extra charge applies - shown at Check-Out)
Orders are shipped around Australia by Australia Post.
For Businesses Customers (Wholesale) - Australian and International
By registering for the Business Section of our web site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Entry to the Business Section is reserved for Dog Related Organisations and is at the discression of Black Dog.
Organisations using our web site are responsible for the information they place, or display on the Black Dog web site.
Price Lists and other Business related information is provided as a service to the legitimate operation of registerd organisations, this information is not to be distributed beyond the requirements of normal business operations and should only be used in promotion and sale of Black Dog products.
Registration information (Log on details & Passwords) should not be distributed beyond the people who are directly responsible for official orders on behalf of the registered organisation.
For Australian Businesses - Payment Prior to Shipping is required on the first 2 orders placed with Black Dog (payment usually by Credit Card), for subsequent orders we would normally extend a 30 day payment arrangement (at Black Dog's discression). If a business is late in paying their 30 day account (after the Due Date on the Invoice), on 2 or more occasions, Black Dog reserves the right to only supply further orders on a Prior Paid basis.
For Non-Australian Businesses - All orders placed with Black Dog are required to be paid prior to the order being shipped - most usually at the time the order is made on our web site (payment is easiest by Credit Card on our secure site).
All Wholesale Orders - will have a Postage/Handling fee added at the time we process the order. This fee may not be shown on a web generated Order Confirmation Emails, but is a legitemate cost of delivering your order to you. By ordering from Black Dog, it is considered that you agree to this P/H fee being added to your order payment as a part of delivering your order to you. You can request the order to be held until you are informed of the exact $ total and then confirm your approval.
